DESCRIPTION
UGI was responsible for exterior design offering elevations using various materials to achieve depth in the existing building, and designing openings that take advantage of Seattle views. Budget was a challenge, and cost effective solutions were proposed to the owner on how to control costs and execute tasks on their own.
