DESCRIPTION
1,200 square foot addition to meet the Owner's goals of creating better functional living spaces and adding curb appeal to the existing home. This scheme focuses on expansion of master bedroom suite, new dining area, and a unique focal entryway. UGI analyzed current site conditions, Owner's planning proposal, and City of Edmonds permitting process to help the Owner make key decisions and re-evaluate options on achieving intended goals.
