DESCRIPTION
The house is composed of 3 levels connected by a residential elevator to allow the owners to access all floors with ease and enjoy all parts of the house equally. The main floor is designed to be a large condominium with all main and services spaces at one's ease. The Great Room is adjacent to the master bedroom suite allowing for the spaces to connect with each other visibily and by a continuous use of glass storefront system that provides views to Lake Washington and Mount Rainier at all times of day.
The home allows for loft spaces that provide for a library, office, and additional gathering area for entertaining or refuge that also overlook views. The second floor offers two "cabins" to invite friends and families to come stay and treats the residence as a retreat for visitors.
