Mountain house comprised of 3 bedrooms, great room, and workshop. The design was to present a winter cabin feel open to the views of the active mountain to the north and a neighborhood presence in the organized development in which it resides. The planning involved focus on accessibility issues incorporating wider circulation paths, an elevator lift for vertical movement, and bathrooms that meet ADA requirements. The upper floor contains the master suite with an open environment and lofty feel but maintain privacy.
