UGI with Mohinder Datta AIA played an active role in the master planning and land use permit for the future development of the existing site. The building program is a three phase effort providing approximately 80,000 square feet of additional functional spaces for the Sikh congregation attending. The proposal includes a new community center, performing arts theater, sunday school classrooms, museum and visitors center, and priest' residences.
